Kevin got all the charges against me dropped and the case dismissed. He is a dynamic and powerful criminal defense attorney and when he cross examines opposing witnesses he tears them apart on the stand until they melt into their seats. The prosecutors and judges all over Utah listen to him and accept his suggestions. You could not ask for a better criminal lawyer to defend you. Dave is his office manager and the first person you will likely talk to when you contact them. Dave will monitor your situation and watch the court rolls for charges. When he finds them he will let you know immediately and then he will contact the court and tell them that Rocky Mountain Defenders are now taking over this case. Jason is Kevin's paralegal and will handle getting all the evidence from the prosecutor's office and will get your evidence and give it to Kevin. They are affordable and charge a reasonable fee up front which never changes or goes up no matter what. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Defenders to anyone who needs help with a charge or with a trial. And if I ever need them again I will certainly call them again.
