Charles was great in representing me in my divorce. i had consultation with other lawyers, i don like them, i decided to go with charles when i had my first consultation with him because i felt very comfortable with him and I hired who finally negotiated what I wanted and his fees were the most reasonable out of all the other attorneys I met with. He is very professional and very strong and smart when he fight for case. He is aggressive when he needs to be and was always on top of communication with me which was nice. I highly recommend Charles to anyone who wants an awesome attorney in Utah!!

Charles Perschon represented 3 families in a case against our builder, DR Horton. He was thoroughly committed to us as clients and to our case. We worked with another attorney from a different firm before we switched to Charles. The difference was night and day. Charles genuinely cared about us and our case. I was referred to Charles Perschon on Feb 13 2015 by a family member who was a current client of another lawyer at Prince & Yeates. During my initial meeting with Mr. Perschon, and the weeks following, I gained complete confidence in his capability to address my concerns, and to assist me in my legal matter. In recent years, going through a very ugly divorce, I had retained several attorneys, and was always disappointed with their aggressiveness, and lack of empathy. I always felt like I was just another file on their desk. This experience was worlds different. I mattered to Mr Perschon. Charles was AMAZING in the courtroom. He is very well versed with codes, and I had to laugh because he schooled the judge numerous times during our hearing. He made the other attorney look like an amateur. Since retaining Mr. Perschon, my confidence in attorneys has been changed. I have complete trust and faith in Charles competence, and integrity. If you are looking for the best of the best, you've found him. He is very responsive and gave sound counsel. Legal matters are draining, to say the least. Financially as well as emotionally. Mr. Perschon was able to take some weight off of my shoulders. I have referred other people I know to him and will not hesitate to contact him in the future if the need arises. Prince & Yeates are lucky to have such a brilliant attorney.

Charles took over on my case after it was apparent my original attorney, at another firm, wasn't working out. I was immediately shocked to learn about opportunity after opportunity identified by Charles that had previously been missed in my prior relationship. Charles took my defense in an entirely new direction and changed the whole mojo of the suit. I regret not having started out with Charles, but I'm glad I found him when I did.
