I was T-boned by a commercial truck and a friend recommended Daniel Benzion to represent me. I can think of 3 or more "scare tactics" used by the other Insurance company to weasel-out of covering my damage (and I almost fell prey to them) - Dan knows all their tricks and won't let them rip you off. He made certain I was treated fairly and compensated.

Dan went above and beyond to help me during one of the hardest times in my life after an accident. He handled all the insurance matters, the medical bills, and getting me a fair settlement for my injuries all while I worried about recovering. He is top notch. I highly recommend Dan Benzion.

This past year I have talked to Dan about several car accidents cases with family and friends who did not know what to do. Dan was willing to meet with these clients and help them navigate through the auto insurance and help them understand their options. He has been great at taking calls late at night and following up to address any new concerns that have popped up. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has been in a car accident!

I hired Daniel Benzion for my car accident. There was almost no communication and when I did finally hear from him he was rude. When the final offer came in he placed medical bills and how they were "paid" his portion and my portion. I signed and he gave me multiple answers on when the settlement would be disbursed. I got a notice in the mail that my medical bills had been turned over to collections was the first notification that Daniel did not pay the medical bills. I question him and was told that the "other" law firm was handling that. When I began to look up his information he showed multiple offices and then disclosed that he was not licensed in my state and thus none of this was his issue. To say I was floored doesn't begin to describe how awful this case has been . To date I have no idea who took the settlement money as he never was honest what law firm he did this case thru.

I called after I received a surprise letter from my workman’s comp agency. Allen worked with me to explain the letter, and talked me through the possible options without charge. Allen was kind and gracious with his help, almost to the point that I hope I get injured again so he can represent me!

U guys were awesome, didn't have to go anywhere and didn't do alot, I recommended u guys only thing was I thought I was going to get more like my annual wages, it was more than a year I'm out out of work.
