David help us with the custody petition for our mentally disabled some who became an adult. David and his office handled all the details and paperwork expertly and efficiently. We only spent about an hour with paperwork and then appeared at the court hearing. Everything was in order and met all the Judges expectations and no follow up was needed. David is the attorney we should have had from the start when adopting our daughter. We suffered through 2 years of an attorney from SLC draining us financially with the intent to continue though we found out within minutes of talking to David, our case should never have taken this long. We were able to seamlessly transfer our current case to David who not only is the most reasonable and ethical attorney we spoke to, but he was able to accomplish what we thought would never end in only 4 months! Billing, communication, and results were all done with pure honesty and ease. Where the original attorney saw a chance to exploit us, David saw the chance to serve his client with integrity.
