Having to find an attorney is a stressful chore! Having to be consistent and having to be sure you’re on the same page as an attorney is a far more unrealistically stressful task! From day one of contacting Derek Beutler via email/text, I got a response early morning the next day (when I inquired of their services late night on the previous day). They gave me a list of tasks they needed me to do on my part in order for them to do theirs…VERY SIMPLE tasks! Beutler Law took care of everything. I felt as if I did nothing at all. The service provided was TOO GOOD to be true! The stress was on my part because I was overthinking things. But Derek Beutler and his team (family) were all so helpful, no matter who answered their phones, they were all on the same page about my case. They’ve assured me that things are all fine. There wasn’t a moment that I felt I had to repeat myself or felt like another file to them. As I went on with my regular routine (minus having to pay out to anymore creditors), today I had my hearing and for my part alone, I spent within 2 minutes with the trustee (mind blown)! They’ve done all the detailed work!! Seriously, I have a few people who are struggling with some of their own debts. My response, “I happen to know the best attorney and team that will eliminate that stress from you”😂 that’s how much faith I have on them! Superheroes status!! I have a strong distaste for lawyers. I was very nervous to call this place to see what they could do for me. Shelly answered my call, was beyond understanding. Very welcoming attitude. Then Derek called me. WOW! He has completely changed my opinion on lawyers. Great ones do exist and I found it with Derek. You can see he really wants to help people in unfortunate situations. Beyond understanding, great care and detail in how the whole process works. Compassionate as well! I had a huge weight on my shoulders before I spoke to him. He lifted that weight. Stop reading the reviews and just call them. You will not regret it!

I can’t thank you all enough for your help saving and selling my mother’s home. When she received the foreclosure notice we felt like we were out of options. We are both very grateful and will recommend our family and friends to you if they are even in need.

These guys were great. The staff were extremely friendly, and talking with Derek really put my mind at ease. Totally surprised me with how many times the office went of their way to make sure I was having a good experience. They even were able to get a $500 garnishment back for me. Highly recommended.
