We've worked with Elliot on a number of things. His CPA background, in addition to his law expertise, has been extremely helpful in the cases we've sent him. He's helped us look into customers that have gone bankrupt and owe us money, clients who refuse to pay, submitting demand letters, investigating news in the industry, revising and advising on contract terms, and being open and transparent about pursuing legal suits. He is very personable and easy to communicate with. His responses are timely. He has worked on urgent issues quickly and with detail. Elliot did an excellent job setting up our living trust and creating all of the documents needed. Due to situations in our family, our trust had some complicating factors that an out-of-the-box solution would not resolve. Elliot listened carefully to our issues, and was very knowledgeable about what could be done to resolve them. He explained the various choices that we had, as well as the implications of those choices. All of the delays that we saw throughout our process were created by us, not by Elliot. He kept us informed all along the way, and was very responsive to our questions. We were very happy with the results, and happy to have Elliot acting on our side.
