Jessica helped set up my family trust and estate planning. Great job.

Jessica was a wonderful resource and help in securing gaurdianship for our kids. She helped the birth parents navigate the process as well and it went better than we had hoped.

Jessica was an excellent choice for us, as she created and modified trust documents for our family. She is an excellent listener and attentive to detail, while offering a fee structure that was appropriate for the work she did. We plan to continue working with her for other legal needs, as they arrive.

She not only demonstrated her knowledge, but also her ability to handle a otherwise sticky family situation. Jessica was put into a family dynamic that couldn't have been much fun, but she handled the pressure professionally, and with upmost ability. Jessica allowed us the opportunity to meet her family, which did help that my Grandmother was her neighbor. Meeting her family, realizing her abilities that she had in regards to protecting my dear Grandma, made for a perfect combination for our family, to hire her immediately. She was highly referred, which made it an easy choice for us too. But after working with Jessica for a few years, it made it an easy choice to stay with her. Our family will always be grateful for Jessica and the part she played in establishing a protection of guardianship, protection of assets and always showing the upmost respect to the person I care for most. My Grandmother. Sadly for us, Jessica's professional and personal life took a different direction and we no longer have her by our side as our lawyer, but will always have her as a friend. My husband and I came to Jessica to talk about an estate plan for us. She came highly recommended so we set up a time to meet with her. Jessica was very thorough as we went over each area of our estate plan. She gave us many options, explaining each one to make sure we understood, then we made the choice. After the plan was finished we had a few modifications to make. Jessica revised our estate plan in a timely manner and helped us finish the final steps that we needed to do on our side. Jessica also has experience in special needs and Elder law as well as Estate Planning. She is professional and knowledgeable.

My husband and I were in need of a living will so we contacted Mrs. Tyler for information. She sent information about a Will and what we would need to do. The information. Was professional and legal but also worded in way we could understand. From there, we hired her services to complete it. Even with the time crunch we proposed, Mrs. Tyler worked with us and made us feel like our situation was important to her.

I used Jessica to help with two unusual situations involving a trust. She was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable to the point that the first situation was resolved as quickly as the law allowed and the second situation, which involved finding people with n known addresses or contacts, will soon be resolved. She was 100% prompt in answering questions, responding to emails etc. I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing a good lawyer.

We met with Jessica to create a family trust. She was very helpful in the initial task of generating all of the documents, and equally important, she helped us go through the process of moving the various assets into the trust. This takes a lot leg work and sometimes time and effort in dealing with other entities to get the necessary changes made. She continues to work with us in getting this all taken care of. She is very friendly and competent. We enjoy working with her.
