Absolutely the Awesome Amazing Attorneys on the planet! Seriously...nothing short of an A+++My financial situation had finally backed me into a corner where the only positive real answer was to call an attorney. It took me days to make that call and when I did it was 4:45pm on a Wed .almost hoping they had gone home for the day a pleasant voice of a woman answered the phone Debra Rasmussen) and connected me to Josh. He was so understanding and said I could come in the next day to go over my situation. From that day we met and it a gift from the Lord to use these attorneys, Josh, Daren and Debra took over and instructed me daily on what I needed to do to proceed ahead so everything was in order. I was astounded at how things were rolling along at such a fast pace. Never once were there harsh words or demeaning or degrading conversations or attitudes! THAT ALONE IS A PURE JOY & MIRACLE IN TODAYS WORLD. They worked as a true genuine team to genuinely help me. Any other attorney in this area and I'm sure 99% of the world would be a total let down. Josh Green negotiated a company asset purchase agreement for us that, without his help, would have become very emotionally charged and irrational. His moderation throughout was equitable; it was trustworthy, and both sides easily saw this. He kept the dialogue focused on the realities of the transaction and expedited a very difficult transition of ownership. I believe both sides felt that he understood their needs and desires and represented them fairly. He has also consulted on numerous other agreements for us, offering not only skillful review of complex contract terms but guiding us with insight and genuine concern for our success. He is generous with his wisdom and patient with our mistakes. We consider him an indispensable part of our "dream team".

He moved our case along very quickly, he was able to answer questions that we had in a timely manner and was very easy to work with.

Josh was our bankruptcy lawyer when he was with another firm and I thought highly of him then. The time he took with us all a long the way--helping us understand and taking care of issues when they arose. But one of the most impressive things was after he left that law firm... the old law firm who received our money refused to help us finalize our bankruptcy and file the final paperwork needed tohave our chapter 13 discharged. Josh helped us and filed the paperwork for us to have it discharged even though technically the other law firm should have taken care of this. I could go on and on about the misconduct of the old law firm he used to work for but I'd rather focus on josh's ethics. Personally I've had a number of lawyers for different issues in my life and I have found josh to be honest, (which I haven't always found to be true with the other lawyers we've worked with) knowledgeable, and have the highest level of integrity.
