I am so thankful for the help we received from this firm for a unforeseen criminal matter where we were wrongfully charged. My initial call was immediately answered and literally from that point they kept me updated the entire time. A special thanks to the team of Dave, Jason and Kevin. After months of waiting through the court system and court dates I was so relieved to receive a phone call from my lawyer Kevin with finally great news. He got the prosecutor to dismiss ALL charges !!!! We had scheduled the case for a Jury Trial and Kevin and Jason lined up all the witnesses and we did our prep for the soon to be trial and then the state decided to dismiss. It was worth every penny we spent and surprisingly very reasonable fees. Thank you again for saving my life and career.

This place is awesome! Dave and Kevin really helped me so much! The prosecution didn’t go forward in court because I was innocent and Kevin and Dave told me before the courts did! Ya’ll are so great and helpful. When I first contacted Kevin he seemed really nice and said he wanted to represent me. So I paid up front as he wanted. Tried contacting him to see what was going on many times. He failed and refused to return any calls. After 2 months of trying to contact Kevin Vander Werff and he never returning calls I was forced to fire him. He did absolutely nothing toward my case and still took my money. Be ware, Critics say he is a liar, cheat and thief. This guy sounds good up front but will take your money and leave you hanging with nothing. If I could rate him 0 stars I would.

10/10 would recommend, Kevin and his team killed it! Very reasonable price and payment plan, very friendly and answered all of my questions they got me out of a very sticky situation If you get into some trouble call them they can get you right!

Kevin worked his magic and helped me through my legal process. He would make sure to call me well before my court appearances and get me on board with what I needed to do, say, etc. I got to my last court date and we were ready to join the judge on a zoom type call but we didn’t even have to join, my case was already dismissed👏 The only reason I gave 4 stars is because at times I would have to contact other people in his company to get ahold of him or get questions answered. The communication would lack at times but other than that, Kevin is great at what he does!!

Kevin and his team at Rocky Mountain Defenders have been great to work with. When I originally called, Kevin took the time to listen and understand my side of the incident. He gave me great advice, and made me feel better about my situation. We achieved good results in court, and I was satisfied with the outcome. Unfortunately I had another incident happen recently where I needed Kevin’s advice quickly. He picked up the phone at 8:30pm and was able to give me legal advice right on the spot when I needed it most. If I end up needing him again, I know I’ll be in good hands with Rocky Mountain Defenders.
