Good people great aggressive especially in the court room. For instance if you find yourself getting in trouble in these little small towns with in utah it's best to call Greg he knows how to deal with such matters. I'm not criminal or nothing like that but I got in some stupid out of hand no justice and went to jail. I'm telling you people this cause somebody just might read this ! Call the man! He knows the law.✌

Argued extremely well against the prosecutor, made the judge nervous because she did just that. Was done in a very nice and polite way and was amazing. She is one of the best lawyers I have ever had. I would highly recommend her any day.

I chose to hire Lindsay because I've seen her in action while working for the criminal justice system. I admired her poise and professionalism. While I've personally never needed an attorney, my spouse was charged with a domestic violence offense. Due to the collateral consequences of a DV plea or conviction, an outright dismissal or acquittal was the only acceptable outcome. (My spouse's profession treats pleas held in abeyance just as a conviction) Lindsay took the time, on Thanksgiving eve mind you, to listen to me. She didn't give me any unrealistic expectations, but I felt very confident following the initial consultation. My spouse's case was dismissed outright at the arraignment proceeding. There a lot of negative stereotypes about attorneys, but Lindsay embodies the professionalism we should expect from attorneys. Lindsay was always available to talk with me about my case. She was patient with my complete lack of understanding of the justice system and helped me understand the mass amounts of legal jargon. Most importantly Lindsay got my case dismissed before the preliminary court appearance! I was facing a misdemeanor A...with possible jail time and the loss of other freedoms. I was a police officer who was involved in an officer involved shooting and unjustly charged with a crime. I could write about how good of a lawyer Lindsay is for pages so I'll keep it straight and to the point.
