I originally hired a different lawyer recommended by a friend with the same process. However, I wasn’t comfortable with the vague answers I always received so I felt that lawyer was not going to be able to help my case (Thanks God I trust my gut because my friend’s process it’s been up for over 2y and she barely has the Work Permit). Do waste your time and money with Peter Strand. Has to be the most unprofessional lawyer there is. He is a prime example of a broken judicial system along with having a participation license. So if you are a veteran find someone else to help you with court.
