Kyle Witherspoon is awesome! I needed an attorney to represent me and my small business over an issue where a previous client was trying to take advantage of me for over $60k. Kyle started in on my case right away, and called the other attorney during our initial consultation and defended me. Kyle said to me that his goal was to get this case dropped as quick as possible, and he did just that. This could have easily become something that would have amounted to large legal fees, going back and forth, and having the judge end up dropping the case anyway. Kyle was awesome to work with and was aggressive on defending me. He knew exactly what was needed to move this along quickly. I hope I don't come into a situation like this again, but if I do I will definitely be in contact with this firm and Kyle Witherspoon. He turned an extremely stressful time into a much more relaxed and easier to deal with situation. If I could Photoshop a 6th star on this review I would do it.
