Hawkins offers a superior approach to traditional wills..living trusts. He does this in a comprehensive but not complicated way. We found him good to work with, smooth process, complete work, good answers to our questions, and excellent documentation.

I received a mailing to my deceased father from his unethical man entitled "Five Ways Modern Grave Robbers hurt your family" at CHRISTMAS! What kind of person sends this letter to DECEASED people that their grieving families will get at the HOLIDAYS? He does not do his research on who is on his mailing list and if he does, he is that much more greedy! We would never use this man for anything, not even taking out the trash!!!!! Unethical and greedy!

Greg provided a Trust for my grandmother almost 25 years ago - he has been my attorney from that time forward. I have called Greg on his personal cell phone at 11 AM and 11 PM; he answered both calls immediately. He is thoughtful, accessible, and knows how to solve complex legal problems.

Greg has been our attorney for many years. We recently updated our Trust and he listened to our objectives, provided guidance and then updated the document per our request. In addition, he updated the rest of our legal documents at the same time. I recommend Greg to anyone needing to establish or update their estate planning documents.

Greg has the perfect balance of competence and compassion. He is uncompromisingly honest. He can be trusted. He has kept confidences. He is extremely efficient. Greg can accomplish in ONE hour what would take another lawyer TEN. If he doesn't know the best answer, he quickly finds it. He is accessible, usually within the hour. Most recently he helped my wife and I to set up our family trust. His insightful questions helped us understand our true desires. We could not have been more pleased with the final product.

I attended a seminar that Mr. Hawkins offered about how to prepare for death. It was a great presentation, very informative and I feel more confident in my knowledge of the necessary documents needed and why they are needed. He reviewed our existing Trust at no cost and while it was a bit outdated, he advised us that updating it was not necessary. He is knowledgeable and I believe showed great integrity.
