My son had some medical dept that the Hospital told him they wrote off. This other law firm bought the debt from the Hospital. Everytime my son was late on a payment they would take it back to court and add over $1,000.00 each time. My son went to see Jeff, thinking he needed to take out bankruptcy. Jeff was the nicest guy to talk with. He called the other law firm and turned into a pitbull with them. In the end they took off all the added fees and interest, and set a monthly payment that was manageable for my son. Jeff could of easily filed for bankruptcy and made way more money from my son. But he went the extra mile and saved my son's credit. I want to thank Jeff for his integrity, and recommend Jeff to any one having financial problems. You can not find a better more honest lawyer than Jeff Butler.

Angilee Dakic changed my life. She’s been my legal counsel for about 10 years. She was my rock through a pretty nasty divorce and custody battle. Contacted Pearson Butler for collecting debt from another party. Not only did they take almost two years and got me $12. I had to follow-up with them more than 15 times. They wouldn't respond many times. In fact, Kyle Adam our attorney was beyond horrific. He wouldn't respond, wouldn't work on our case and would continue to charge us money for reviewing our case every week. I even emailed the partners two times and no response. The entire operation is poorly run top to bottom.

Kyle Adams is horrible attorney. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. His paralegal would sometimes respond, but then she followed the same work ethic as Kyle and stopped responding. I had to email the partners twice and they finally got back to me with another attorney to work on my case. The other attorney responded and was good. However, if you want any attention you have to email the partners and that's a horrible way to run a law firm. In addition, if you go with these guys expect Jeff Butler to spam you with divorce workshop emails. I've emailed him more than five times to remove us from his divorce workshop spam emails. He always says he will and then doesn't. We never came to this law firm for any divorce or marriage items. Yet, Jeff Butler thinks everyone that is a client should receive his spam divorce workshop emails. The entire firm is poorly run and even poorly managed.

I love how marlene is taking my case very professional she cares about her clients my family has been with her for a very long time im thankful for everything she has done for us thank i highly recommend this firm
