Working with Kyle Witherspoon has been amazing! I am extremely impressed with Kyle and his paralegal Hailey. They’ve taken the time to help me understand the process, they both care what's happening and have done everything they could to help me through it! I would recommend Kyle to anyone who comes to the unfortunate circumstances covered by family law. Truly, thank you both very much!

Russell and Kylie were very helpful throughout the entire process. They made sure I was prepared the whole time. Explained things in detail for everything I had to do so that it was does correctly and stress free.

Russell Evans is my attorney. I've had to send numerous emails to him needing information while I've been in the process of qualifying for a home. He promptly answered all my questions and sent information I needed. He was very helpful through the entire process. Very professional and great to work with!

I never thought I would need an attorney, but life circumstances can easily change. Kyle Witherspoon is fantastic to work with. He listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I realize he has many clients, but he makes you feel as if you are the main priority. I appreciate that he worked late into the night getting things ready before court. He's thorough and very detail oriented.

Had a tough experience. Was caused by a staff member not understanding my situation. Jeff Butler called later and followed up, was very sincere and offered to help in any way he could. So I’ve changed my stance.

It has been such a pleasure to work with Jeff Butler and Carson Pearson for many years now.
