I had two separate accidents, and a complicated case. Other attorneys turned me down. Andrew negotiated both cases and did an amazing job. When I though my case was done,... Andrew found another way to get me the additional funds needed for me to have my surgery. They are amazing at this Firm.

On January 21st of 2017 I was hit by a smaller size truck while riding a pedal bike home from work, around 6:10ish, and it was raining. I lived two blocks from my work. I worked at Spring Gardens and as I headed home from work I crossed the road and got onto Wendy’s sidewalk. I saw this truck coming but I figured I was okay to go into the little ditch kind of thing that catches the water when it rains, to get to the next sidewalk/dirt path. I kept going because this truck was still going a fair speed and didn’t have his turn signal on. Well before I realized he was going to turn (still no blinker), it was too late to stop, I tried but I ended up getting hit anyway. First thing I things I noticed was that my left tennis shoe and left hearing aid were no longer on my body. So I knew the hearing aid was done for because you can’t get them wet and it was raining. Next things I noticed as the guy was now by my side asking me if I was okay and what was hurting. I noticed that my left foot, my left hand and right knee all hurt, left foot hurt to the point I couldn’t bear weight on it. My left hand was definitely swollen and hurt to even move it. I went to the hospital and got everything looked at and then went home where I missed 2 weeks of work and school. Within the next few days I knew I needed a lawyer so my mom and I called up Arraon J. Prisbreys office in St. George and they assigned Trevor to my case, well he had me tell him what happen and everything that he needed to know and sent me on my way. He had my case 11 months and out of the blue I get a phone call saying that Trevor could no longer do my case as he wasn’t working in the office any longer and the other attorney didn’t think I had a chance. I picked up my file and took it to McMullin Legal Group in St. George, UT. I walked in and said I needed an attorney and they had Andrew and I in an office talking about my case in under 5 minutes. He asked a few questions and told me he didn’t understand why Arraon J. Prisbreys office wouldn’t continue with my case because I had a good chance at getting a settlement. I am so glad my chiropractor recommended Andrew Spainhower! Andrew has been so reassuring and fast working with my case. I gave them my case the beginning of November 8th 2017, and believe it or not they sent the demand out the end of April of 2018. So in 5 months they were able to receive all my medical records/bills and put together and send out a demand. Can your attorney do it that fast? I was amazed! Along the way I was sent either and email or even received a phone call to update me on how things were going, if they needed more from me they were sure to let me know. I know they had to ask me for all the medical bills I had, and any paperwork from the guy who hit me’s insurance. At the beginning of May 2018, Andrew called me and said we got the settlement and would need me to come to the office to sign a paper and I’d have my settlement by the end of the month. Andrew and his team did an absolutely amazing job and I would %100 recommend this group to anyone! They are fast, reliable and reassuring of how things are going; they are honest and make it easy to work with them. If I had a concern I could pick up the phone and the receptionist would always make sure I didn’t hang up with anymore concerns. Andrew himself has called me a few times to not only give me an update but to see how things were going as far as medical treatments. If you need a good attorney, this is who you need, no matter what the circumstance is.

I had an amazing experience with this legal firm. Andrew was a big help in figuring out how to handle being in an accident, and also was an amazing advocate for my case. Magalle was a huge help as well, and seemed to keep me up to date through the whole process.
