Being in a car accident is scary and can be very confusing and frustrating trying to figure out all the behind the scenes after stuff. McMullin Injury Law handled everything for me, keeping me in the loop and explaining everything along the way. They took the scariness, confusion and frustration out of the experience. From the friendly smiles and assistance from Kim and Rebecca at the front desk, to the paralegals and the attorneys. Wonderful team! Jordan and Liz took great care of me after I got hit by a drunk driver in October. They got all of the information on the case and needed very little else from me to get the ball rolling, which eased a lot of my worries. Liz was very communicative about progress on the case and made me feel seen and heard as I got treatment. I got rear-ended in February 2021due to no fault of my own. I knew I didn’t want to have to deal with all the insurance claims that come with injuries from an accident. It's stressful enough getting hit while on the way to school... and going through all the appointments and recovery. McMullin Injury Law was there for me taking a huge load of the stress off so I could concentrate on healing. They handled my insurance, medical bills, even recommended some places that would wait for payment until after the lawsuit. They put up with all my questions too lol. Being hard of hearing they kept it to emails and text messages. I know it couldn't have made their day any easier. Never felt like a burden to them. Always will appreciate how they kept it to the point never had to guess what was going on. Definitely recommend if ever in need of their services.
