I am indebted to Injury Smart Law for their help with my accident! Immediately after, I was struggling with a concussion and neck issues. We had to fight to get any money for our totaled car. The insurance of the person who hit me and was ticketed was being very difficult! I just didn’t feel good enough to deal with it so I called Injury Smart Law. Brad and Jed are seriously the BEST of the best. Super professional and thorough. They are fair and do what is right. We really hesitated to get a lawyer, it just feels weird to us. We tried to handle the accident and insurance ourselves, but we quickly realized that the game is rigged. Insurance agencies have many lawyers working for them, not you. They bank on you just taking whatever they offer, even if it isn't enough to cover your costs or fair. It's frustrating. We almost didn't get a good settlement because valid info was being disregarded, but Jed really fought to tell our story and made some great points that couldn't be denied. I HIGHLY suggest getting a lawyer to handle all the phone calls and paperwork that needs to be done. It feels great to have someone in your corner looking out for your best interest.
