I have had the pleasure of working for/with Brad as his legal secretary for almost 16 years after moving to Southern Utah. Let me tell you that he is NOT the type of person one envisions when you hear “personal injury attorney.” Before working here, I always thought these types of attorneys were “ambulance chasers” harassing poor injured people lying in the hospital as many are. Brad is not only professional, but he is kind and truly cares about helping people after an unfortunate and never planned injury. Through my 16 years I have witnessed Brad (and now Jeff) refuse to help people who have come to us for help. Why? Because the minimal policy limit offered by the insurance company is all there is to pay their bills and they don’t need to split it with an attorney for fees and/or costs. That alone makes me proud to say Brad Harr is my boss!

(Review in 2015 - revised below): I love Brad Harr & his firm!!! They are the most genuinely helpful, thoughtful, hrad-working indviduals I could've hoped for & more. Especially with my situation they helped with. Brad, himself, was very patient, diligent, professional, & sincerely kind. He has changed mine & my family's life with his hard work & I wish I could fully express my thorough thanks & gratitude to him & his company! (01/01/23): Starting note; I genuinely am not one who feels a reward or payoff for slander or negative remarks in any regard; this revised review is with intention of overdue & desired justice regarding a dispute that I’m trying to resolve. Mr Brad Harr, formally, is a talented attorney, however, I feel he had committed a disservice to my specific person, & I need to add that I received his counsel in the wrongful death of my mother when I was 21, so this is very much so a very prominent & detrimental experience & challenge for me. I hope when all has been finally said & done, that a mutual, satisfactory agreement is settled.
