Marshall, is great and his asst. Hannah made everything super smooth. Very well organized and great to communicate. I felt super comfortable when he was representing me. I truly recommend him!

They saved my life, literally. I was looking at prison time for something that wasn't my fault. Every other attorney I called said I was screwed, but Marshall Witt really came through for me.

The beginning and end of getting my custody papers concluded was good. However the middle of it was very frustrating with a poor performance from Abraham. I have 5 emails scattered through 3 months that he never had the courtesy to reply too. My daughters mom had to keep texting me and saying that her attorney wasn’t ever able to get ahold of him or have him answer any of his emails. In the end we got the paperwork I wanted. But if you choose him I would plan on your trial taking a year longer then you’d like.

Avoid this firm at all costs.. Abraham was completely incompetent as a family law lawyer. He rarely returned calls(echoing other reviews here) showed up for court with ZERO evidence and did not subpoena anyone we asked. He made a few objections during a 3 hour hearing. We lost the case and it hurt our family greatly and allowed.

Our family hired Witt law under a recommendation of Legal shield over a year ago. We spoke with Mr Witt (Sr partner) and told that we were in good hands with Abraham Ivie. I can tell you that every time we have called or emailed, the messages go ignored. We call again and no one returns the call. When an email is sent, no response Is given. Complete crickets. I personally brought these concerns to Mr Abraham Ivie and it was completely ignored. Without warning, Mr Ivie removed himself from our case. I have hired many lawyers and am shocked at the complete lack of communication, lack of professionalism and extremely poor service from this law firm. The paralegal is rude and dismissive when we call to ask anything. I do not recommend this law firm under any circumstances. We will be filing a bar complaint and a complaint with Legal shield reflecting our experience. Furthermore, we will be seeking damages.

In 2021, LegalShield recommended Abraham Ivie from Witt Law. He was our attorney for what should have been an open-close custody case. However, because of his failing to provide a counterclaim to the original petition, as well as failing to apprise me of an appeal I could have made to the decision, my family is deeply suffering. He also did not provide the financial disclosures, or the initial disclosures at our hearing. He was difficult to get a hold of, and did not respond to most messages we were sending to use as evidence in our case. I have had to find other representation to fix his mistake, and has cost me tens of thousands of dollars more than what I needed to spend. I have tried with new representation to fix his mistakes, and to no avail, 3 years later, we are nowhere closer to resolving this issue than when we started because the window to file those things closed. I have attempted to reach out to their office multiple times to discuss, try to get my money back so that I may use that with new representation, and he has never responded. I will be making a report to the BAR and hopefully we can use THAT in court to repair the damage that has been done.

I ended up getting in a car accident in September and was having trouble getting a claim from the insurance company guy who hit me had. And after talking to Marshall they got the ball rolling quite fast. If I have another need for a lawyer with a property damage case I know who I'll be going back to.
