They do not return emails and my lawyer quit half way through my case to work at the bankruptcy courts. Always felt like she was never on our side. The new lawyer assigned to us has never contacted us and now the paralegal is not returning our emails.

Witt Law was extremely professional and worked in a time sensitive manner to help me with a very frustrating issue. My car was towed while on vacation, and the company that towed my car ended up damaging my vehicle. The repair quote was hundreds of dollars and the tow company wasn’t owning up to what they had done to my car. With the help of Witt Law I was able to get the money that was rightfully mine from damages made by the tow company to repair my car. All under a weeks time! I’m forever grateful for the quality of service that I was given and the genuine care from Marshall Witt and his team as they helped me overcome an unfortunate situation. Do NOT give this nit "witt" any of your money! Took us for $2000 and then wouldn't go to the hearing with us unless we paid an additional $1,500 even though the $2000 retainer was supposed to cover us for the hearing! Also, never disclosed in the original meeting that the fee that we had agreed on didn't include paying his employees! Has no clue how to handle a Civil Stalking Injunction and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT the people he is hired by. If you want to waste your time, end up with nothing in the end, then this is the place to go! If you actually want to get something for your money and not be scammed, then go somewhere else! Absolute SCAM!
