Mr. “Billy” Palmer sets the example of what it means to provide compassionate and professional legal advocacy! He was straight forward but expressed empathy and understanding. He answered every question or concern we had without judgement or criticism. He took his time during our consultation to explain the laws as well as our legal rights and obligations. He never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. He even offered some services without charge and refused any monetary compensation. Our discerning situation involved our minor child and a local police officer’s child. This being our first experience with the “law” and having an overwhelming feeling of fear and worry due to biased treatment, discrimination or future retaliation - Billy was our “peace of mind” and an absolute Godsend. Hiring Billy Palmer LItigation was one of the best decisions of my life! He was polished, professional, and extremely articulate. His confidence, demeanor and legal knowledge were umatched as he won two separate cases for me. At times, he even had to explain the law to opposing counsel. :) He was communicative and assuring throughout the entire process. He was a strategist who thought several steps ahead and had a plan in place. He pushed back appropriately against opposing counsel who tried to undermine the process at every turn. In court, he was smooth and well versed in the law and my case. Opposing counsel stood no chance. Would recommed Billy to anyone... but only if they want to win.
