Just want to thank Jonny Benson for the amazing work he’s done for us, worked with him back in 2013 and he’s been our immigration lawyer since, always answered any questions we had and was very attentive with our case. We had to pay a $50 consultation fee to have a phone call. I guess that seems normal, until he never actually got back to us about our questions.
We had some specific circumstances that he wasn't sure about, and told us he would do some research and get back to us about a possible plan before we paid for filing. Then he just never contacted us! It's been almost a month without an email, text, or phone call.
