Jonny Benson has been my immigration attorney for the last 10 years. He is the best of the best. I don't trust another attorney but him. Very professional and responsible. Along with his team, Susie is always super responsive and gives me update of my case. They make you feel they really care about their clients and cases.

I came to Skyler with a somewhat unusual immigration case - it was a very unique situation even for an immigration lawyer. I talked to a couple of immigration attorneys before Skyler - neither of them seemed to know how to handle the case. They gave me very vague answers which made me question their expertise. Skyler, on the contrary, articulated very clearly all the possibilities. He was honest in telling me that he never had to deal with something like this, but he explained his perspective to me and gave very clear direction . Skyler was also flexible - it was very important for me to do all the paperwork by myself, and he agreed to give me autonomy in this. He did a VERY thorough review of my documents finding even tiniest inaccuracies and giving me recommendations for improving my answers. As we were waiting on the progress of the application, he was accessible and answered questions that came up in the process. In the end, my immigration case was resolved in the best possible way - we got a green card without an interview, which is telling of the quality of the immigration package Skyler helped us prepare.

We spent a long time looking for a lawyer to help with our immigration case and are so pleased that we were recommended to contract Craig at Anderson and Benson. Before we engaged his services Craig spent an hour on the phone to us explaining all our options and giving us his recommendations. He was the first lawyer we had spoken to who explained everything clearly and confidently and was able to answer all our questions based on his previous experience. We had a green card miracle with the whole process being completed in just under 3 months, we all still can't believe how quickly this happened, but we believe it was definitely in part thanks to Craig's professionalism and thoroughness in ensuring we collected every piece of evidence and completed every question correctly. Craig is hands down the best lawyer we have ever worked with and we couldn't recommend him more highly!

My case was very unique and not an easy one, please see story below. My respects to Jonny Benson. 5 Stars to Jonny and his team but mainly Jonny for outstanding service, professionalism, knowledge, and for being a fighter. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. To give you a background story, I traveled outside the U.S. with Advance Parole, and when I came back in to the U.S., I was told that I could continue to travel with this Advance Parole for up to a year. Which was weird since we all know Advance Parole is usually a one time thing. But indeed, the officer who admitted me back in the U.S. said I could travel anywhere for a whole year, and before we left to Ecuador, we double checked with all agencies to confirm if this was correct and they all confirmed that it was. We brought copies of all emails and confirmations in case we had any problems. As we are being admitted back in the U.S. through Florida, immigration there tells me my document/extension is not valid, there didn't care that we had proof from their own agency confirming their actions, they even told us, "Sorry we are human too and we make mistakes". My wife who is a U.S. citizen wasn't having it, and with me having DACA and us having proof, they didn't know what to do. After 8 hours in the airport, they admitted me back in to the U.S. and said Utah Customs and Border Patrol would take my case over. All the Utah officer did was put me immediately on Deportation Proceedings and said, "Sorry, I can't do much. Tell them what happened, and you should be fine". That's when we hired Jonny. We were going to immigration court once a month for a year or so, until one court hearing the judge simply asked, "what is going on with this file?", he asked that because at each hearing, we wouldn't really get anywhere. Jonny was finally able to tell the judge my story and what really happened, the opposing side (U.S. government) had no evidence or anything to convince the judge other wise so the judge terminated my case on the spot and said, "Sorry about all this young man, I wish you the best". It was a HUGE win, all thanks to Jonny. He is a lion and will do all he can in that court room to represent you, and fight for you. Once my deportation proceedings were handled we took care of the rest, adjustment for status, work authorization, final interview, etc. and just yesterday I got notice that my "new card" is being produced and mailed over for "Permanent Resident or Adjustment of Status". What should have taken us months, took us years. If you have gotten to the bottom of this look no further, whether your case is an easy one, or unique and complicate like mine, Jonny is your guy.

My need for legal assistance was small and very specific yet Anderson & Benson were incredibly helpful and hardworking to get the result I needed. Mr. Anderson was polite and professional, and very candid in the initial telephone consultation, which I very much appreciated. It takes about 5 years from the beginning of my process, to became a US citizen of course every case is different but what I can said about Anderson & Benson are very highly professional lawyers they help you in the journey because they are together with us in the all way from the beginning, I can't have words for been thankfully with them they help me a lot to my family and I don't hesitate to make a contact with them and they will help you because they know the immigration laws very good ,thanks Anderson and Benson for all you guys have done for me...

Mr.Jonny Benson deserves 5 stars as he has a lot of knowledge and experience as an attorney that’s no doubt about it. He worked on my case over a decade ago, but my ONLY issue Is the receptionist, she should put herself in the customer’s shoes and realize that she is working in an office that people come for much needed services and sometimes people are going thru a lot of stress because of the situations that require help from attorneys to find a better solution. I only asked for this lady to empathize and be polite on the phone when rarely we called to check on emails that we received or updates about our case.She sounds tired like she’s had a long day and is tired of answering the phone and is rude. OTHERWISE she should find herself a different job..I only put the 2 star rating so this lady (receptionist) could have a talk with the attorneys about “her” giving better customer service.
