Questionable client acquisition practices and misleading messaging about who Yvette is and her authority. She has some believing she was the owner of several law forms and possibly a lawyer herself. Alta seems to pawn off potential Spanish speaking clients to their paralegals. Seems like prejudice against non-English speakers to me and somewhat predatory in nature.

It was so stressful being in a car accident and not knowing what to do. I am so thankful for Yvette and the Alta Legal team. They helped me throughout the entire process and alleviated some of the stress of dealing with everything. Definitely made me feel like a priority. From checking in on how I was feeling, to Drs appointments, and constantly updating me on my case. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Couldn’t have gone with a better firm.
