I am currently using curt Morris as our bankruptcy attorney he is a knowledgeable person at what he does but he is very very slow! We paid him the retainer fee an Tuesday and was told we would have a case number by end day possibly the next. It's Friday now and it still has not happend! This is time sensitive stuff here my wife has a garnishment on her check of $300 a week and in order for them to stop that we need a case number. I just don't feel like he cares to much in some cases. His secretary told us that the packet is done and we are just waiting on him. I feel really really upset and frustrated about this matter.
