They were great! We live a few hours away from the law office and over the course of our case only had to travel twice. They handled everything for us and answered our questions. The process was very smooth. We we didn’t know what we were doing, but we didn’t need to they took care of everything. I would highly recommend Jacobs and Simpson.

Ryan Simpson, was very helpful in every way possible in our situation. He was timely in responding and we felt that he personally took an interest in us so that we felt like we were were be taken care of, and not just another person that needed help financially. The training was very beneficial as well.

Idk where these 5 star reviews are coming from. Must be friends and coworkers. The clueless paralegal they assigned me is completely incompetent and takes FOREVER to answer simple questions. They never respond in a timely manor and are rediculously difficult to get a hold of. They honestly made this entire process far more difficult than it needs to be. It doesn’t seem like they care too much about their clients once they receive their portion of the payment. They never mention all the hidden fees involved with the whole process either. If you are considering them for assistance with your financial troubles, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!

Ryan Simpson made it so easy for us! We were scared about doing bankruptcy but he helped us through everything. He even helped stop people taking money out of our paychecks sence we were going through bankruptcy. They helped us walk through everything and it make it so easy. I would never recommend anyone to try to do bankruptcy on their own and I'm glad we never did we would of never gone through it as easy as we did without Startfresh and Ryan Simpson.
