Ryan and his staff were great. They were with me every step of the way through this process. Ryan truly cared about the situation we were in.

I started my process with a smaller company called Start Fresh Utah. Ryan Simpson does business with their offices. After talking to them for a little bit, start fresh got me in contact with Ryan and the process went quickly. I was able to get everything I wanted done in a timely manner. It was also really nice to be with an attorney that you felt had your best interest in mind. He is also in no way greedy, his offices will work with you in payments and when you can get them done. I was especially amazed that he was sensitive that our whole process was around Christmas, he didn't make us start paying our first payments until after the holidays. My overall experience was very good with Ryan's offices and services and I will 100% be doing business with him in the future. Thank you Ryan for your amazing services.

Ryan did an exemplary job in getting me everything I wanted in my bankruptcy. He went above and beyond a year later when I found out my payroll department never stopped a garnishment that was being taken out of my paychecks. Ryan immediately took care of the problem and I was reimbursed every dime within a few days. I would recommend this law firm to anyone.

The reason for 4 stars is because my case is not complete. I believe by the time it is through, Ryan & staff will have surpassed 5 stars easily! I have gone through the ultimate struggle- divorce, hospitalized in a coma, losing my house and being homeless for years before I began to gain any ground. That's when I had bill collectors coming at me from 10 years prior! If it weren't for Ryan's expertise and fast actions ( I had No money for a retainer), I would indeed have been homeless again! There were non lawyers willing to help, that I could find. Ryan and his wonderful staff, literally saved my life!

I have been a client of Ryan's for a few years now, we had some set backs with my husband losing his job and then over 300,000 in medical bills due to my child almost dying. We were drowning and did not know where to go, who to turn to, the stress was so high we were in tears many nights. We tried using one of those places that puts all your debts together and tries to make it better. We just couldn't keep up. The medical places would demand certain amounts and then we had our regular bills, it was one month pay the mortgage, the next month pay the medical debt. We were just drowning. I said to my husband, we need to look into a chapter 13 and try to reorganize our debt, we have so much medical debt we have to. He was reluctant at first, but knew it was what we needed to do or we were going to lose our house and everything we loved and worked so hard to get. So we called in to Ryan, I was nervous, scared, unsure... but he had us come in and he reassured us, he helped us. He has a paralegal Gretchen Lowe who works for him and I cannot tell you how much of help she has been and continues to be to our family. Our case was really hard as my husband had many part time jobs, after he lost his full time job and our income was crazy and all over the place. So Gretchen and Ryan worked so hard on our case, it took a couple years and we can finally see the finishing line. I am so grateful for them, for seeing us as people, who were trying their hardest to do what is right in life. For seeing us as a family and taking care of us. Making us feel like we mattered and never making us feel stupid. It is really hard in life when you have something come up like we did with our child almost dying and you would pay anything to save them, and if we had to do it all over again, we would!!! Because no amount of money can replace your child. I am so grateful to Ryan Simpson and Gretchen Lowe for working so dang hard for our family, and continuing to do so. When you file, it is a 5 year payment plan, (at least ours is) and the Trustee does random checks for things to make sure you are still on track so we have about 4 more years of checks from the Trustee and I know Gretchen and Ryan will continue to work hard for us. Ryan and Gretchen both gave me their personal cell phone numbers too, I really do not know how many lawyers would do that.. I mean talk about going above and beyond. AND when we were short one month Ryan even paid the Trustee payment for us, until we could pay him back. He truly cares about his clients. I am so happy I found him and Gretchen. There were others who helped us along the way too! Tanya, Ed, Todd and Craig, they were all instrumental in helping us through these past few years. It has been a trial, but we are finally seeing the light between the dark clouds emerge. Thank you Ryan, Thank you Gretchen for everything. I owe so much of my happiness, saving my home, helping us when we were in debt and not drowning to you guys. Thank you for helping us out of a bind. Thank you for caring, thank you for going above and beyond. Thank you for working super late and calling me on the phone all the time to talk about the case. Thank you for always returning my calls and emails and text, for staying in touch all the time. You guys are amazing. I thank Heavenly Father for directing me to you, Start Fresh is really what it is... FINALLY we get to START FRESH!!!! Our Family so needed this!!!! Thank you!!!

Robert made my bankruptcy far more easy and painless than I ever thought possible. He always made court dates in time, and his phone is always on for any possible late night nagging questions you may come up with.
