My interactions with Nathan Eaton have not been pleasant and he was fairly rude. I do not recommend his services.

I Inquired about Mike Anderson from a referral with help with a Civil law suite. After our first appearance in court, he stated he was accepting another job and could no longer represent me. I just finished with this law suite, in speaking to the judge and other lawyer, finding out many documents that were said to filed were not. Phone calls returned were not. Statements made to me regarding the opposing lawyers statements were false. I appreciate the help in the first and only court appearance, though I would not recommend Mr. Anderson to someone looking for help that will follow through. I finally provided his billing to another lawyer to be informed, I was over billed for services. I paid $5000 up front and billed another $2500 for services that were not accurately delivered.

Ascent Law is one of the best law firms I've had the pleasure of working with. They were quick to respond, and it wasn't a hassle to get a hold of them. They were honest, caring, and open to what they realistically could and could not do without being rude!! Their customer service was above and beyond! Nothing is more frustrating than someone who won't even get back to you when you need help!!! Rest assured, Ascent will at least get back to you!! If I need legal assistance in the future, I have every intention of partnering with them! Thank you, Ascent, for being the best around!!

I would not recommend Ascent Law for divorce representation. The lack of communication was astounding. I constantly had to reach out to my attorney to get next steps and updates. My ex would contact me to see if my attorney was going to reply to requests. She contacted me to let me know the divorce was final. She sent me final paperwork, They truly do not seem to care.

Met with Brian Taylor at Ascent Law to review the draft of divorce decree from my mediation. He was thorough, thoughtful and respectful throughout the entire process. Even more he actually seemed to care about my family and doing what was best for us all. Also, the scheduling process was easy and straight forward with help from Tyler Phillips. Highly recommended! Will definitely work with Ascent law again!

Nathan has been very open and honest about everything that could happen in my case. Really incredible experience with Robert Payne, I had a unique situation (filing while abroad) and he made it so easy and simple. I reached out to Ascent after seeing a lot of very positive Google reviews. I had an upstairs neighbor whose condo leaked into mine for a long time and caused a lot of water and mold damage. The neighbor took zero accountability. After almost a year of having a torn up kitchen and bathroom, I reached out and talked initallly with Mike Loertscher who was amazing at giving general guidance. With his support we started a demand letter with the help of Attorney JD Lewis. JD was extremely helpful and transparent through the process. He coached me and guided me through all the different outcomes. For $750, I felt very well-serviced and JD even has given me guidance after the upstairs neighbor finally released his insurance info to me.
