So after taking my case and signing everything... 3 weeks later I get notified that Kramer Law Group will not go forward with my case. Straight slap in the face. Not good business.

After we were rear ended at a redlight, I called Kramer Law Group. Ron himself showed up at my house in Vernal Utah. He and his group took the bull by the horns. They got our medical bills reduced by 2/3rds, which put 1/3rd in our pockets and 1/3rd for them. Without their help I would still be paying payments. We are T TOTALLY satisfied with Kramer Law and would reference them to anyone. Thank you Ron and staff for all your help, George Patton

I am getting super frustrated with the lack of communication that has happened with my case. I was released in June from treatment. No one ever got any information from me about my experience, but they filed with the car insurance company in the last bit of August. I texted and asked if they had everything and they found out then that I had more to my case then they originally knew. Fast forward to Oct 18th. Got a text saying I would have my attorney call me that week. Haven't heard from anyone since and have tried to reach out. I am trying to be patient but it is incredibly disappointing that I haven't been involved at all. Edited to add: After I posted this review, i finally had someone reach to me to try and mend the situation. I was able to speak to Ron Kramer himself, who was kind and generous enough to step in. The outcome isn't what I hoped for, but I recognize and acknowledge the efforts being made on my behalf and do appreciate the time and energy he and his team have put in to my case.
