David Silver took the time, read the mountains of paperwork submitted to his office, answered our questions, met with us. He spent hours, upon hours working on our case. It went to trial. He was an outstanding defense attorney, he believed in us and helped bring it to justice. Mr. Silver was beyond prepared, knew every intricate detail of police procedure, we knew he took our case very seriously and was invested in the truth coming out. Mr. Silver knew he was the vehicle to justice in our case and he led us, defended us, and educated us. Our case was extremely complicated, yet David knew it backwards and forwards. He knew the law. No one else could of done a better job. We had a four day trial, and in an hour and a half the jury came back with a not guilty.

David was orderly and timely in getting my case settled. He was considerate of me as a person and my feelings regarding this accident. I felt he was fair to all parties concerned. This was very important to me.
