Very knowledgable about the subtleties of estate planning. Listened to my dad's concerns patiently and addressed them in terms he could understand. Very responsive and thorough! Thought of things we didn't even consider, and explained the ramifications of our current situation and how it should be changed. ...Compassionate and knows a lot!!
