My husband hired Jeff to help with a workman's compensation case. Jeffrey provided us with the tools to know what my husband's rights and options were in regards to his case. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns and accommodated our requests for meetings as needed. We truly appreciate his expertise!

I had serious injuries from an accident at work and the insurance company was minimizing them and giving me the run around. Though I was suffering from PTSD and migraines, the insurance company took measures to extend and delay treatments. The same went with my physical injuries until I hired Jeff. He was able to get me the treatments I needed and get all the bills payed. 99% of the time he was very easy to contact and always kept in good communication with me. He's honest and upfront and won't fill you with empty promises. When it came time to settle my case, he was able to get more than double what was originally calculated by the Dept. of Labor. Then he did the unexpected and discounted the rate he was going to charge me. I highly recommend him to anybody with an injury case. IMHO he is the best at what he does.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Husband and myself. Richard was dealing with a severe work related injury and we both had no clue on which way to turn so initially I was constantly researching the process of how Workers Compensation worked in Vermont and every time, the answers I found online that made any sense at all to us we're coming from Jeff Dickson's Law office. So when Richard made the decision that it was time to get a Lawyer, there was no question whatsoever who we wanted to represent him. Now we are finally close to the end of our Journey with Workers Comp, and we never ever would have wanted to do this without Jeff. Jeff guided us every step of the way and eased our minds. I would highly recommend this man if you need a knowledgeable, efficient and caring W/C Lawyer.

I hired Jeff in mid 2015 after I could get no where myself with the Workers Comp adjuster. Jeff has been representing me for over 2 years and I only wish I had spoke with him in the beginning of this ordeal. I have never had to deal with any WC situation before and it was beyond stressful, Jeff took hold of the reins and told me my job was to heal and take care of myself. I had been in a car accident an Given the fact I have had prior health issues, I had been effected a little more so an of course the insurance company wanted to settle cheap claiming enough their person was at fault I had prior back stuff. Jeff was able to get me a fair settlement!

I made an appointment for a face to face consultation with Jeff after having a phone consultation with him regarding an on the job injury I had sustained. I found him to be amiable and informative. Having worked as a paralegal in the past, I've known more than my fair share of unethical ambulance chasing types of attorneys; Jeff is not among their numbers. From the start, I could tell he was ethical and honest by the manner in which he answered my questions, provided me with relevant information, and by how he interacted with me in general; he treated me with respect from the beginning. Hiring him was a good decision. He dealt with my former employer and with the workers comp insurance agency so I could concentrate solely on recuperating from my injury. Many times he went above and beyond by listening to my whining, complaining, and generalized venting whenever the stress of my injury would boil over and I was feeling less than cooperative or rational. When I had finally recovered and was ready to be released, he negotiated a fair settlement that I'm happy with. While I hope I don't need to hire him again (No offense intended, but one painful and debilitating on the job injury per lifetime is enough), I won't hesitate to hire him again in the future if the need arises.

My wife had Jeff for lawyer after our first lawyer didn't do much, Jeff is a great knowledgeable lawyer , he guided my wife and i throughout our case, he kept us informed very frequently, sometimes a few times a week, he answered our questions in a respectful way and explained things in a way the we could understand, we felt Jeff went above and beyond in helping us thru things. I got no where with another lawyer,who after a year-said he could do no more.I was then introduced to Jeff Dickson who was very efficient and helped me through the process,and kept in touch weekly (sometimes daily) with his progress with my case. Jeff took care of my workers comp case totally with my best interest at heart. I had a traumatic brain injury so the stress of dealing with the insurance company and all of the other paperwork involved in a workers comp case was very stressful for me. Once I hired Jeff, he took all of that on and did a more efficient and effective job than I could. Jeff understands the business from both sides and did a great job explaining everything to me which enabled me to make informed decisions and understand the consequences of decisions made. He always had time to talk with me in person and responded promptly to my phone calls and emails. He is a good lawyer and a caring person.

I contacted Mr. Dickson after receiving a settlement offer from my worker's comp provider. I felt it did not adequately reflect my injury. Mr. Dickson reviewed my medical records and took my case. He immediately contacted the insurance provider and within a month had an offer more than 3x the original offer. He was expedient, professional, curtious. He took the time to explain the process in detail as well as kept me updated to all new developments. I am very happy I found this lawyer and recommend him to anyone needing help with their workers comp cases.

I was injured on the job in 2013. The insurance company handled the physical therapy apointments, Dr. visits, perscriptions etc. Once I had been cleared medically, the insurance company, would not close my case, or return my calls. With no prior experience in this situation and no one to turn to for advice, I reached out to Jeff. He was able to navigate the insurance company's bureaucracy, invoke response(s) and ultimatley was able to get me a payout for my injury. Without Jeff's experience and professional guidance, I fear my claim would still be in limbo. Absolutly would and will recommend Jeffrey to anyone in a similar situation.
