Robert was fantastic, right away he jumped on my case with enthusiasm and took the stress off my shoulders. He is a master at his skill in understanding the law. There is no better attorney in the state of Vermont. Highly recommend Kaplan and Kaplan with anyone's future needs. Not only are they dedicated but they care about there clients and taking care of them.

I highly recommend Jordan Handy for representation when finding yourself in a position where you should not be on your own. Jordan kept me aware of steps being taken as well as what I should be doing. Jordan was reasonable to work with and understanding. If you want someone to put you in your best case scenario- hire Jordan Handy. I now consider him my personal lawyer.

If you need legal help or advice, Paul Jarvis is your man. A fantastic lawyer and man who really knows the a in's and outs of the law and really does care about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a fair chance in an unfair state.

The professionalism of the office staff was unquestionable. This is maybe not a firm that is willing to be realistic about your case with you, at least until you’ve paid to the point of no return. In my particular instance I believe I could have filed pro se and achieved the same result, much the same with a public defender. So be realistic with your case- if you want to use this firm then be reasonably sure that there’s a fault involved that’s not your own; otherwise these lawyers aren’t for you.

Absolutely would recomend Brooks. We were planning on moving and something happened. We needed a lawyer. He came the rescue. Not only did our case get managed in a proffesional and timely fashion but brooks makes the whole proccess easy and comfortable and we were still able to move when we wanted and he handled the case while we were out of state. Great lawyer! Would 100% recomend!

Mr. Jarvis is one of the smartest and kindest attorneys in Vermont. He helped me out when I was going through some serious hardships in my life 2 years ago, and was kind enough to let me pay him back for his services and expertise when I finally could.
