I had a worker's compensation issue where they tried to cut me off of care even though I was still in pain and the insurance blamed it on my previous medical history, which was completely unfounded. I'd never dealt with something like this before but I knew I wanted an attorney who could get this situation over quickly, professionally, and fairly. After a month of hunting around, I decided to go with Rose Law Firm. Turns out I was owed money from worker's comp who hadn't paid me for things they should have or paid me incorrectly over the course of the case. I would never have known this if I didn't have Carey, Libby, and Terry on my side. I was embarrassed that I didn't know my rights, but I had clearly been taken advantage of and the Rose Law team was nothing but supportive and compassionate. In a few months, Carey had all the information she needed to get the money that was owed to me and file a settlement. All of her proceedings were explained to me clearly, and she or her team always got back to my calls within a couple of hours at most. Emails were always answered within 12 hours, no matter when it was sent. I was petrified of having to hire a lawyer but the Rose Law team was amazing, professional, always in touch, punctual with all paperwork, and most of all supportive and friendly. During one of the scariest and confusing times of my life, they all made sure I knew what was going on and why, and made sure I was okay with everything. I had fallen at work and was injured. The company and workers Comp were not the best people to deal with. Always calling to see when I was going to come back and only there questions were important not mine. Finally I couldn't deal with them and try to recover at the same time so I found Carey in the phone book and called her. That was the best thing I did. She took control and relieved me with that so I could get better. She was great and if I ever needed a lawyer again she would be my first call.
