This is the second and third time I have utilized the services of Mr. Fox. I highly recommend his firm for any real estate services. What I love about this firm is he is extremely prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. Each and every-time I had a unique (to me) situation, Richard not only knew the answer, but had previous experience with this specific issue. EXACT and PRECISE information immediately. He didn't need to do research. While super smart, Richard knows how to communicate at the level required for complete comprehension. Bottom line, I never left a conversation wondering about any what if's. I knew he knew, and he was sure I understood. And that saves time, money and stress.
