I was given a summon on the charges of reckless driving by speed on 26th May 2024. I have contacted many attorneys, but their fees were very high apart from the court fee and fines. I have contacted Mark Hurt's law firm also to represent my case in the country court. I was contacted by a person from this law firm, shared the fee, the activities I should do to help them to advocate me. Thankfully the attorney handled my case very rightly, my case was dismissed and I was asked to pay the penalty. The attorney's fee is way lower than the others whom I contacted earlier. Received a reckless driving ticket on I-85. Was pushing 20 over in a 70 which is not smart in Virginia. Not a speeder normally, and was nervous to see jail time attached to this charge. Consulted with Laura for free and she was so helpful in easing my worries I hired Mark Hurt almost immediately. I did have a clean driving record for the last five years - was told that was super important. They also assured me they had a ton of experience with the court where my ticket was being heard and I would not need to go in person being from out of state. Cant say the day of the hearing was made any easier not being there but can say that exactly what Laura said to me on the phone that first day happened my court day. She told me exactly what would happen with the judge - guaranteeing nothing - but highly confident - and thats exactly what occurred. I would say that you will have to follow their instructions and trust them. Also, they are extremely reasonably priced for the expertise and peace of mind. I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to in this case due to Laura's help, service, and frankness about my situation. I hope I never have to use them again to be honest, but am happy they are available and easy.

Amazing. I received a ticket just passing through this county for over 80 mph.. Bring that in a truck driver any infraction is damaging I arbiters to handle it on my own but quickly realized it would be too much so I hired an attorney. They handle it with no infractions against my license amazingly. Would definitely recommend using their services to anyone,

I got a speeding ticket, the first in 40 years. I didn’t know what my options were. I called Hurt’s office and found that it was possible to make the ticket go away. Hurt handled it for me. I dealt with Frankie who answered all my questions and held my hand through the process. She did a great job.

Frankie was great. Easiest out of state process ever. They kept me informed at all times . They called me afterwards to let me know what happened and even emailed me the instructions to pay court cost.
