The positive online reviews seem fabricated, likely written by the firm or their associates. I strongly advise against using this firm; they prioritize profit over client care. The lawyer's unhelpful and moody demeanor, coupled with their lack of involvement in resolving issues, makes their services useless. It's better to find a lawyer who genuinely supports your case and assists you when needed.
