There is no better criminal attorney out there then Mr. Jenkins. He was able to get my 3rd and 4th offenses for driving on a suspended license reduced to a simple 250$ fine with no additional suspensions to my license, which is nothing short of a miracle in Fairfax county. Mr Jenkins has also represented me on numerous other occasions and has exceeded all my expectations at every juncture. My wife and I hired Robert in the aid of a friend who needed immediate legal representation related to a felony sentencing hearing. Atty Jenkins was phenomenal. I called him the day before I had court. I explained my situation. We negotiated the fee which was extremely fair. He showed up the next day at Court. I said nothing, continuance was set. On the next court date, the state trooper approached before court apologized. I went into court once again, I said nothing. All charges dismissed. After speaking to dozens of lawyer to take on a felony case, we Came down to our top three choices. My family was looking for a top-notch lawyer at an affordable price, and thankfully a family friend had hired him previously and recommended us to him. After interviewing several lawyers, he was the only one whom provided us with a brochure, came out of his way to meet with us, to meet with my brother whom was incarcerated at the time, never pressured us about his fees. IN fact, he always made great efforts to accomadate to our schedule, regularly visited my brother while incarcerated, explained the process to us as many times as we needed to hear, was incredibly patient and professional. I appreciated how transparent and realistic he was with us in respect to what to expect for his charge and even then he was always optimistic about the outcomes and with great reason! In the end, the case ended up getting dismissed and after two long months, case was closed!
