John Heck did an outstanding job on our trust and will. This review is long because I can't say enough good things about his treatment of us and the work he did for us. I went into the process knowing I wanted a good plan for our estate, but having only some understanding of the value of a trust. Now that I have worked with him. I wish I had set up this trust years earlier! He assisted us in every aspect of figuring out the best path forward for our estate planning. Anyone who is lucky enough to get his services will be able to rest easy knowing they have taken care of their loved ones with his immense help. Going through the process with him constantly communicating with us made it very comfortable because he educated us constantly on what everything meant. He made trusts understandable and the legal considerations clear! Moreover, after the birth of our second child, he immediately set about (without our needing to ask him to do it) updating the trust to take into account our new family setup. I am so glad I did not go to any of the "fast food" version of trust attorneys out there knowing what I know now. John is about as hard working as I have encountered, and he is a brilliant attorney. He put in weekends and nights to get our documentation done in time to beat all deadlines he and we set for us to complete the process. During my interviews and meetings with Andrew, sometimes I felt as if he was not listening to what I was saying. Eventually, it became apparent that not only was he listening, but he was analyzing each statement to understand how it might be relevant to our case. This became most apparent during the actual trial. At this point, without knowing the outcome of the trial, I feel that his representation will most likely lead to a positive outcome for our side.
