Working with Erin was a professional and personable experience. She gave me the real deal right away to prepare me and I greatly appreciated it, she immediately directed me with classes and options to help my case. Erin was able to get my serious reckless driving (91 miles per hour!) down to a very minimal fine and short period of restriction. Originally, I was looking at losing my license and a huge fee, neither of those I could afford. But she didn't let that happen and pushed until we got a good deal. Highly recommend her! I live in Florida and received a Reckless Driving ticket in Fairfax VA for being 21 mph over the speed limit. When I realized it is considered a misdemeanor offense I searched the web for a lawyer. I contacted other attorneys and they wanted over $600 flat rate to represent me. I contacted Erin through her web page and found out her rate was half that. When I sent an e-mail through the web site she contacted me the next day and had the paperwork to me later that night when I told her I wanted her to represent me. The next day she got a continuation of my hearing to give me time to get the paperwork together. She answered any questions I had and took care of my case. She got the charge reduced to speeding which resulted in a $100 fine. She is professional and responds quickly to any e-mails. I highly recommend her.

Wow. I waited to the last day to take actions with my speeding ticket! A little panic I had a list of lawyers to call- Erin was my first call and she answered her own business line! I was shocked and explain my embarrassment Erin was so kind and understanding. She made me feel so comfortable. Erin is warm and she was very welcoming. She insured me that everything was going to be OK and that she was available to appear in court for me on December 2 and she was going to take care of everything. I was stopped by a traffic cop in my neighborhood recently and cited with three tickets. He got me for failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign, speeding and not wearing a seat belt. She got two of the citations dropped and the speeding ticket was changed to a violation not involving points against my driving record. The end result was no increase in my insurance rates which surely saved me thousands of dollars. She has a great personality, her fee was lower than other attorneys contacted and I didn't even have to go to court. She handled everything. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I recommend her to anyone in a jam. She's the best.
