Evelyn Mitchell is all that and a bag of chips. She listens and implements your plan. She understands your point of view so she will improvise in court if needed (do what it takes). I cannot say enough positive aspects and compliments about Ms. Mitchell. Only reason Ms. Mitchell did not finish my case was because she's due/pregnancy. Just when I thought I was in a whole line of trouble Ms Evelyn Mitchell's gave me hope she was able to fully dismiss 2 felony charges on my case and 1 of them carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 2 years in prison, she really cares about her clients and is very knowledgeable about the laws and for that I consider her more than an Attorney to me, shes a friend of mines and I recommend her to all my friends and family if they ever need an Attorney go with her I can't thank her enough, go with her she's the best out there !!!

She was so patient with me even when I wanted to just give up she encouraged me and worked with me and stood up for me with the prosecutor to see my side and be Lenient and not make me feel ashamed. I highly recommend her for any and everyone.

Ms. Evelyn Mitchell is the prototype of what a good lawyer is. She is passionate, knowledgeable and efficient. A good lawyer is not only knowledgeable of the law but has the emotional intelligence and compassion to truly be there for their client and Ms. Mitchel does just that. She went above and beyond to help me win what seemed like a hopeless case. Back in October 2015 I was charged with 9 different charges, 5 felonies and 4 misdemeanors. The reason why the officer felt the need to write down so many different charges for the alleged victim is still beyond me but in hindsight it seems like everything did happen for a reason. Though at the time it seemed like an impossible case to win Ms. Mitchell went above and beyond to make sure I was found not guilty in a jury trial. Not only was she able to get most of my charges dismissed, as well as helping me be found innocent, she also took on my expungement which was another hurdle to go through. I could honesty write a book of the past two years because that's how bizarre everything was but with the help of Ms. Mitchell, that book has an amazing ending that wowed my family and friends.
