My wife and I had the pleasure to have Robert managed our BK case. In the free consultation. He explained our options and the steps of our case, what documents were needed and how to fill out information. Explained the payment options he had according to the case and filling fees. Always answer all our questions either in person, phone or email according to how we reached him. He helped me and my wife on our appointment and informed us of any updates as the case went through. We engaged Robert after a very bad year in which our house refused to sell, I lost my job and all our savings were exhausted and we still had plenty of bills which would overdue soon. Great down-to-earth guy and amazing lawyer who got my reckless driving charge reduced drastically down to just a minor speeding fine. The original charge was for going 80 on a 55, but was reduced down to 64 on a 55. Would highly recommend him for any law-related defensive needs. He was easy to work with and sociable, but also no-bs and straight-to-business, and tended to all my questions and needs as a newbie of this type of business/situation.
