I would highly recommend Curcio Law to help you if you are in an accident. While factual evidence was in my favor from the beginning, playing the long-game, Katelin fashioned a legal strategy that had me jumping through hoops to further factually demonstrate my ex’s baseless allegations were just that, baseless. Yes, I pridefully argued at first, but I followed her advice ("is this not why I am paying her?," my inside voice asked) and was glad I did as it all came together to unequivocally show the court officials the facts were on my side and to deliver a very positive outcome for my daughter. Interview no less than a total of 3 firms/attorneys, get that first, second and third opinion, just as you would with a serious medical issue, and then hire Katelin Moomau. If you are lucky you will meet other competent attorneys, for they do exist, and there are even more who are not, but I doubt you will meet anyone who has the rare blend of all of the above attributes, and at rates that are more than reasonable for the high quality of service delivered. I am glad I spent the extra time and monies interviewing others, for, before I had the benefit of hindsight, I had peace of mind that I had a true, well-respected, caring professional who would steadfastly advocate for my daughter’s best interest and, believe me, there was not much I had peace of mind about during the ugly legal ordeal. ‘Did I hire the right lawyer?’ should not be constantly haunting you.
