My son was accused of first degree murder. We retained Mrs. Graham-Williams as a referral. My son received a favorable decision from the courts and he and I were home together for the Christmas Holiday. Our daughter was charged with reckless driving (excessive speed) and possession of marijuana. Ms. Graham-Williams told us the price up front and what to expect. We got a continuance for her first court date. Then on the 2nd court date we were among many who were charged with possession and were offered to enter a program to reduce charges/punishments. Ms. Graham-Williams told us to not do that. We waited and watched while most of the others took the program deal. Finally after all the others had finished she came out from talking to the prosecutors and informed us that our daughter only had to plead to speeding, pay the fine for speeding and court costs.
