Attorney Jessica Richardson was assigned to my case. She was very professional and eased a lot of stress for me. Walked me through the process, had me take proactive steps and provided updates and answered any questions I had during the process. In the end she was able to get the charges dismissed for me.

I was charged with a DUI BAC 0.15 or above, my family reached out to Patrick Anderson because he helped my uncle with some major charges years ago. We were ensured Patrick would represent me. Instead I got some rookie lady who had no idea about my case at my 1st hearing, case got continued, I then had the most horrible Lawyer Rob. We met with him and he literally made me feel like no matter what I was going to do jail time...Yes I made a mistake by drinking and driving. NO I've never been in trouble (26 y.o) I'm a single mother, in school FT as a nursing student & worked FT as an LPN for the county I was being charged in. We asked that he emphasize that to the courts...no he didn't even attempt to. He never kept us informed throughout the case and we had to call numerous times to even get him to return a call. He waited until the day before to reach out to the courts to try to come with an agreement (a little too late right?) he said they would only agree to drop the elevated BAC but, nothing else...at this point, we had to agree as the case was the next day. He was late the day of my hearing. He did not have the proper paper work filled out. I would have felt more comfortable with a public defender. If I could leave negative stars I would. Not to mention SO expensive for the worst service ever.

Had a intoxication in public dismissed. Worked with Jessica and she was very patient and helpful. I had an assignment overseas so they were able to get my court date pushed back until I returned back stateside. Case was dismissed and I couldn’t be any happier.
