Yancey Ellis represented me against the U.S. Government (U.S. Marine Corps) when I was facing a General Court Martial, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, military retirement and up to 45 years confinement. Some of the charges were challenged prior to trial by attorney Ellis, and as a result, some were "withdrawn without prejudice" before the trial began. I have been really impressed by Patrick's handling of my case. I was on a year suspended VA driver's license after conviction on DUI and had the interlock installed in my car.
