Sam Moore is an expert in the field of military and civilian law that I would retain again should I ever find myself in a situation needing such services. When I was sent to a General Court Martial Sam’s firm argued to have a key piece of evidence suppressed on the grounds that the government had conducted an illegal search and seizure. Law enforcement has a very low bar to pass for probable cause, yet the military judge was swayed by the well thought out written brief and oral arguments made during the hearing. The Command wanted to proceed with a court martial anyways and Sam successfully negotiated non judicial punishment and a retirement. This led to an honorable discharge that I am convinced was assisted by Sam’s expert editing of the letters and documents I had to submit. That complete, the government requested a civilian agency prosecute my case. They agreed and after a protracted negotiation, Sam convinced them to drop all charges. Sam is an amazing! He takes the time to answer questions and explain complicated legal issues in an easy to follow manner. He always follows through and never leaves you hanging. Have him handle your issue with confidence!!

For two and half years now, Sam has represented me in an appeal to DoD. It concerns an annuity, and a bureaucratic error which was made some years ago. He has filed two appeals for me now-- it's an awful, slow slog. But Sam is excellent at this specialized field of law. He knows administrative procedures, he can explain matters clearly for a layperson, he's careful and thorough, he writes a great brief, and he's responsive and supportive in those periods where we haven't just been waiting for the bureaucracy to respond. I wouldn't wish this type of legal snafu on anyone, but if the government goofs up on you, call Sam!
