I contacted Stephen following an initial court date and realizing this issue required professional legal representation. Given Stephen's background and experience with Fairfax County, he was expertly familiar and prepared to offer legal guidance to address this speeding offense. He offered guidance to help mitigate the charges prior to the second court date, which both the police officer and the judge appreciated and resulted in the judge making a decision that spared the issuance of a much more serve ruling and harsher penalty that would have resulted in a significant increase to insurance coverage. Additionally, Stephen provided excellent communication and guidance to prepare for the court date. He was available and ready to answer any and all questions on this issue. He clearly had experience with these issues and knew the individuals (police officer and judge) involved. It was clear they respected him as a lawyer and trusted his views and recommendations on this matter.
