Andrews Law Firm constant communications succeeded beyond my expectations! Their law firm’s associates, legal assistants, and support staff made me feel like they cared for me. My first consultation with Attorney Thomas Temple Andrews Jr. of Andrews Law Firm was via my mobile app on FaceTime. The videotelephony allowed me to see his positive and confident body language. He spoke clearly and concisely about what to expect and how the bankruptcy process works. Facetiming was something I did not expect, and it was an extraordinary way to communicate with a potential client in these unprecedented times. After that FaceTime meeting, I was certain that I wanted to work with Andrews Law Firm. Andrews Law Firm processed my bankruptcy petition by electronic forms (e-forms). I completed an “e-bankruptcy petition.” That e-form allowed my attorney to submit my bankruptcy application in nanoseconds to the court for filing. When I made mistakes, he notified me of the errors, I made the corrections, and it was sent back to him with the click of a button. I soared with delight that the law firm used electronic communications to file my bankruptcy request so quickly, which helped to stop the penalties from the creditors! When I needed to sign the necessary paperwork, Andrews Law Firm used electronic forms, again! One day, I was at the market and Attorney Derick Bathrick needed my signature. Well, he emailed me, and voila! I read and signed the electronic document while in the grocery store. The law firm’s use of communication by way of technology allowed them to keep processing my case without a hiccup, never going into their law office, and it saved time! Each month, I received electronic reminders from Andrews Law Firm via text message and telephone call for my upcoming consultation. One day before my consultation, I received a text message. Two hours before my consultation on the day of telephone calls, the law firm’s representative rung my cell phone and spoke to me directly to remind me of the scheduled call. These various means of communicating with me continuously showed how much they were concerned about staying in touch with me in every possible way. I loved it! I had so many questions to ask about my pending bankruptcy Chapter 13 case; so, I sent a barrage of emails to Attorney Derick Bathrick who was assigned to my account. Every day, like clockwork, he responded to all my inquiries with thought-provoking information and questions. In addition, he gave supreme legal advice. I must admit, it was a bit intimidating to speak to a lawyer, but Counselor Bathrick was friendly and easy to talk to. Andrews Law Firm’s use of email communications is a powerful tool, and I utilized it to the fullest! Paralegal Ms. Hill, thank you for being polite and calm while answering my bombardment of questions and teaching me how to get my electronic bank statement to you. Also, thank you for moving swiftly in sending me the litany of information on how to log onto my virtual court hearing via the Zoom app. Andrews Law Firm, thank you, for being the mastermind of my Bankruptcy Chapter 13 repayment plan, which allowed me to not struggle financially at paying back creditors. Andrews Law Firm, thank you, so, so very much for your diverse communication styles and use of technology that made my bankruptcy petition to be a smooth process! Lastly, thank you for your care and concern. I felt the love!

I contacted Andrews Law Firm late on a weekday evening and was able to book a 8pm appointment. I met with Mr. Andrews personally- he helped save my automobile from auction and Mr. Derek Bathrick helped me retrieve my car the next day.
